This Health Guarantee is provided by Serene Valley Frenchies LLC (“Seller”) to the original purchaser (“Buyer”) and applies only to the puppy identified on the accompanying sales agreement.

The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of sale. The puppy has received age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming, has been examined prior to leaving our care, and is believed to be free from signs of contagious illness at the time of pickup or delivery.

The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. Failure to obtain this examination may void this health guarantee.

Serene Valley Frenchies LLC provides a five (5) year guarantee from the puppy’s date of birth against life-threatening hereditary or congenital genetic defects that significantly affect the puppy’s quality of life.

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses the puppy with a qualifying hereditary or congenital genetic defect within the guarantee period, the Buyer must:

• Notify the Seller within five (5) business days of the diagnosis.
• Provide complete veterinary records and diagnostic test results.
• Allow the Seller the opportunity to obtain a second opinion from a licensed veterinarian of the Seller’s choosing, at the Seller’s expense.

If the defect is confirmed, Serene Valley Frenchies LLC will, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the puppy with another puppy of comparable value when one becomes available; or
• Refund the original purchase price of the puppy.

No additional expenses will be reimbursed.

This health guarantee does not cover:

• Internal parasites, including worms.
• External parasites, including fleas, ticks, or mites.
• Protozoal infections such as Giardia or Coccidia.
• Viral or bacterial illnesses contracted after the puppy leaves the Seller’s care.
• Injuries, accidents, trauma, abuse, neglect, or poisoning.
• Allergies, skin conditions, or environmental sensitivities.
• Cherry eye, entropion, ectropion, elongated soft palate, stenotic nares, or other conditions commonly associated with the breed unless proven by a veterinary specialist to be solely hereditary and life-threatening.
• Hypoglycemia resulting from improper feeding or management.
• Heat stroke, respiratory distress caused by environmental conditions, or improper care.
• Cosmetic conditions, retained baby teeth, undescended testicles, umbilical hernias that do not require surgery, or any condition that does not significantly impact the puppy’s health.
• Any illness resulting from failure to follow routine veterinary care, vaccination schedules, parasite prevention, or proper nutrition.

The Buyer agrees to:

• Provide routine veterinary care throughout the puppy’s life.
• Keep vaccinations and preventive healthcare current.
• Feed a high-quality diet and provide proper housing and exercise.
• Seek prompt veterinary treatment whenever the puppy becomes ill or injured.

Failure to provide appropriate care may void this health guarantee.

Serene Valley Frenchies LLC shall not be responsible for:

• Veterinary bills.
• Diagnostic testing.
• Surgical expenses.
• Medications.
• Transportation costs.
• Boarding fees.
• Emotional distress.
• Any incidental or consequential damages.

The Seller’s maximum liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the puppy.

This health guarantee applies only to the original Buyer and is non-transferable.

This Health Guarantee represents the entire agreement regarding the puppy’s health and supersedes any verbal statements or prior agreements. Any modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
