1. Serene Valley Frenchies is providing you with a 12-month (unless otherwise specified) genetic health guarantee for a completely healthy puppy to the best of our knowledge. Customer has 5 business days to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian to ensure the puppy is completely healthy and arrange for further vaccinations and shots. If unable to prove this exam has been completed, this warranty is considered void.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
2. This is not an INSURANCE policy. We recommend you purchase your own health insurance for this puppy. We cover only genetic health disorders. If the puppy is diagnosed by a licensed vet with such a condition, we have the option to ask for a second opinion from another clinic of our choice. We will need documentation from both vets stating the conditions.
THINGS WE DO NOT COVER
3. This puppy is on a deworming and vaccination program; documentation of which will be included with the puppy. We do not guarantee the puppy to be free from infections caused by Coccidiosis, Parvo, Giardia, Tapeworms, Hookworms, Roundworms, or Ringworms. It is considered normal for French Bulldogs to have an elongated soft palate, small trachea, and stenotic nares. These are not considered genetic defects and therefore not covered by this health guarantee.
RETURN OR REFUND
4. Should a puppy develop a life-threatening genetic health problem, we require you to contact us immediately. Any claims made after 3 days from the date of diagnosis will void this guarantee. We are NOT responsible for and will NOT pay any vet bills. In the event of a valid genetic health defect, Serene Valley Frenchies will either:
A. Refund the money paid for the puppy after the puppy is returned to Serene Valley Frenchies.
B. Replace the puppy with one of equal value. Customer will have 90 days to select a different puppy
REGISTRATION
5. Serene Valley Frenchies has 120 days to provide customer with registration papers for this puppy if papers are not present on day of sale. If Serene Valley Frenchies is unable to provide papers we agree to partially refund the customer and the customer can keep the puppy. Alternatively, customer can return the puppy for a full refund.
By signing this contract seller and customer understand and agree to all the terms of this contract.
